Not only is the dentist wonderful with patients, so is his office staff. For me, the professionalism of the front desk is extremely important to me. The way that I'm greeted and treated in the front room sets the tone for what it's going to be like in the chair.
I don't really like going to the dentist and I have a lot of anxiety about going. Therefore , how I am treated by the staff can make or break whether I come back again. I never felt like a burden and was always treated with respect and kindness.
